If you sign up through a link we share on Instagram, we ask for your first name and email. We store these so we can send you a weekly email with sessions that fit you. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We remember on your device that you signed up so you are not asked again. If you allow location, it is used in your browser to sort sessions by distance and is never sent to us. We do not sell or share your details.
The Saigon Guide is sold through Stripe. Stripe handles your card; we receive your email and the amount so we can send your guide link. Mobile app purchases are billed by Apple or Google.
Nothing is collected until you choose to. The app works without an account. If you sign in with Apple, we store the identifier Apple gives us and, if you share it, your name and email, so your saved sessions, played history and purchases can follow you to a new phone. Location, if allowed, is used on the device only.
Session listings come from public Reclub pages and organiser postings. If you are an organiser and want a listing corrected or removed, email hello@picklefirst.com.
We count pages viewed and button taps so we can see what helps. No advertising trackers.
